FAQ’s

We cover Southampton, Winchester, Fareham, Whiteley, Eastleigh and the surrounding areas.

We are able to provide a bespoke service to our clients meaning that we are able to tailor quotations dependant on each of our clients’ own needs and requirements.

Our Cleaners complete our selected training courses when they start employment with us. These courses ensure that they are fully trained in their Health and Safety responsibilities, Basic First Aid and their responsibilities on site. All cleaners are trained by our management team to ensure that they can work to the Lemon standard regardless of their previous cleaning experience. This training is reviewed and monitored throughout their employment to ensure that they always provide the service that you would expect from Lemon-Cleaning.

Our cleaners are fully trained at the start of their employment so that they know the high cleaning standard that is expected from them. This is monitored by our supervisors through regular quality reviews and retraining if necessary to ensure that you are never left disappointed with our services.

We are happy to use your own products if you want to provide these however, we have our own selection of cleaning products that we can provide as part of our service. We are also able to provide consumables such as refuse bags, toilet rolls, hand towels, sanitary bins or any kitchen and washroom products you may need. These can be selected by your company and added to your cleaning invoice.

Once you have a good cleaner we completely understand the need to keep hold of them, that is why we work closely with our clients in the TUPE Process (for those that fall under this legislation) this being that they would wish to transfer over to Lemon-Cleaning.

TUPE is a piece of European Legislation that relates to the staff working at your premises.

We have an experienced team that handle all aspects of TUPE and always ensure that we manage the process effectively to ensure that the right staff are working to deliver to you the right service from day one.

Our normal operating hours are 6am -10pm, 7 days a week. However, if you require cleaning outside of these hours, we will try and accommodate your needs wherever possible.

We provide every new client with a full Health & Safety package prior to our first clean. This should cover all of your Health & Safety requirements, If your company requires any specific forms to be completed we are more than happy to do so.

Our service is very flexible and, following an initial site visit, we can tailor and provide a bespoke cleaning specification that meets your companies specific requirements. This can be modified to reflect any changes in your organisation and we can also cater for any ad hoc / unexpected cleaning as required.

General tasks could include:

  • Vacuum carpets & hard floor areas
  • Mop hard floors
  • Clean toilets & washrooms
  • Clean kitchens
  • Cleaning of all surfaces within arms reach
  • Empty waste bins

All our cleaners are DBS checked, referenced and have other due diligence checks to ensure that they are the right fit for our company as well as for your workplace.

You will get your own dedicated cleaning operative who will be specifically trained to carry out your cleaning specification. Should your cleaner be on holiday or off sick, you will only ever get your area supervisor or one of our management team cover their shift so you will always be aware of who is on your premises.
