Health and safety is an important part of the induction process for every new staff member and a risk assessment is automatically carried out at each new site, then re-assessed on an annual basis. We provide all COSHH and Safety Data Sheets along with safe systems of work to ensure that operatives work in the most safe and efficient manner.

We take full responsibility for ensuring that our sites comply with the requirements set out by the CQC (Care Quality Commission) and the NHS Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness to ensure provision of a fully compliant healthcare cleaning service.

Hygiene Standards

Ensuring against cross-contamination of cloths and mop heads is vital when providing a cleaning service to the healthcare and medical sector. We supply disposable mop heads and provide different coloured cloths for each area. All staff are fully trained on the importance of colour coding and hygiene standards before entering site.

We also supply cleaning records as proof that work has been carried out and all cleaning audits include an assessment of hygiene standards. Results are then made available to our customers. This is all carried out digitally through our company app to reduce our paper usage and ensure that records are completed when they should be and always available preventing the loss of any paperwork and gaps in compliance.
